Eye Drops

Pilocarpine hydrochloride tablets, USP are indicated for 1) the treatment of symptoms of dry mouth from salivary gland hypofunction caused by radiotherapy for cancer of the head and neck; and 2) the treatment of symptoms of dry mouth in patients with Sjogren's syndrome.

Niclosamide is used to treat broad or fish tapeworm, dwarf tapeworm, and beef tapeworm infections. Niclosamide may also be used for other tapeworm infections as determined by your doctor. It will not work for other types of worm infections (for example, pinworms or roundworms).

Natamet Eye Drop is an antifungal medication. It is used in the treatment of fungal infections of the eyes. It kills the fungi that cause eye infections and thus treats the infection.

Natamet Eye Drop is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.

This medicine is generally well tolerated but it may cause some eye irritation that usually subsides on its own in some time. Please consult your doctor if it does not get better or persists for a longer duration.

Fluorometholone is used to treat eye conditions caused by inflammation (swelling). This medicine is a corticosteroid (steroid medicine) that helps reduce the swelling in the eye. This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription

Prednisolone Acetate Eye Drop belongs to a group of medicine called steroids. It is used for the treatment of redness and swelling in the eyes caused by infection or allergy. It provides relief from redness, itchiness and soreness by stopping the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation.

Never use Prednisolone Acetate Eye Drop if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time. Wash your hands before using it and shake the bottle well before each use. Make sure you remove contact lenses if you wear them and wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back. Do not stop using this medicine without asking your doctor. Stopping the medication before time may allow the bacteria to continue their growth, which may result in the return of the infection.

The most common side effects of Prednisolone Acetate Eye Drop are burning sensation, irritation, watery eye, or blur the vision temporarily. If your vision is blurred or you have other changes in sight for a time, do not drive until your vision is clear.

Atropine 1% Eye Drop is used to treat myopia and inflammation in the eyes (uveitis or iritis). It is also used for the eye examination and diagnose eye problems like blurred vision or squint in children.

Always wash your hands before using Atropine 1% Eye Drop. Use only the number of drops that your doctor has prescribed. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back in. If you are also using another eye medicine, wait for at least 10 minutes before using it. Read the leaflet that comes with the medicine for a full guide on how to use the drops and get the most benefit. Do not touch the tip of the dropper or bottle. This may lead to infection. You should use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit and it is best done at the same time each day. If you want to stop using it, consult your doctor first.

The most common side effects are irritation or pain in the eye, watery or dry eyes, blurred vision, increased heart rate, and blood pressure. There are other, less common, side effects affecting other parts of the body, some of which may be serious. Read the leaflet that comes with the medicine and consult your doctor if you are bothered by any side effects. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
